On first glance, this Lenovo computer seems fairly average. It has a sleek black design, with different textures on different parts, some being more polished and plastic, and other parts having more of a metallic feel. It’s a fairly wide computer, about 16 inches wide, with a closed height of about 1.5 inches. It’s noticeably lighter than many other windows laptops however, and much lighter than my old computer. The keyboard’s keys are shallower than usual, which take a little getting used to, and the keyboard itself is wider than average. The specs are also mostly average. The system has a AMD A8-6410 APU processor, with AMD Radeon R5 Graphics and 2.00GHz. To be completely honest, I’m not sure what that means, but many other laptops I looked at had the same thing. It has a 64-bit operating system, which is also average in similar laptops. However, it has 6.00 GB of RAM, which is higher than the average of 4.00 GB. RAM is one of the most important aspects, especially for gamers, so that is a huge part of why I bought this computer.
Overall, I like this computer a lot more than the other available ones. Lenovo has a different design than other laptop brands such as HP, but the laptop itself is very high quality. I have tired Skyrim, a popular video game, on it, and it runs very well. In comparison, my other computer could not run similar high end video games without almost crashing, so the 6.00 GB RAM comes in handy. I would highly recommend a Lenovo laptop, if you’re looking for a high functional low-budget laptop.
